I’m Matt Fagioli, and I’m the operating broker at Diamond Dwellings Realty.
Hamilton Mill is near and dear to my heart. I’ve called this place home since 2000. We’re part of the seemingly-constant suburban sprawl in metro Atlanta.
I’ve been selling real estate sales since 2003 and I’ve very quickly reached a high level of sales success in Atlanta real estate, based here in Gwinnett County.
After 3 years at Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners, I ended 2006 ranked at #9 in sales for the entire southeast region (5000+ agents).
I’ve sold literally hundreds of houses in just a few short years. So, I’ve got a ton of very recent — and thus very relevant — experience.
In January 2007, I launched a new real estate firm, Diamond Dwellings Realty. Diamond Dwellings is a small band of the tech-savvy new breed of real estate professionals. We use technology to get homes sold faster & serve clients better.

My Family
I live and work right here in Gwinnett County, Ga. I’m married to Sherri Fagioli (formerly Sherri Spurlock). Sherri and I have been married for 17 years! We live with our two children, Nicholas (age 12) and McKenzie (age 14). So, we’ve got a full house! We also have 4 dogs, 2 cats, a few lizards and the occasional fish! I play golf and tennis (no so much tennis lately). We spend a LOT of time watching our kids play sports. McKenzie is big into softball. Nicholas loves basketball & baseball (but he loves video games more!)
My Faith
I’m an Evangelical Christian (”born again” as it’s called). I am a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ. This means only that I know I’m not perfect — and that I know HE IS. All I can promise you is that I’m doing my very best each & every day to follow Christ’s example.
My promise to you:
“I will do my very best every day at my job & in this community so that The Lord might be glorified”.
I’m not a bible “thumper”. That is, when you meet me and we have a conversation, I may or may not ever mention Jesus or the bible or God or whatever. But, I’ll hope that my actions are a reflection of Christ.
In addition, I’ll never judge you (lest I be judged). But!, I’ll make every effort to be the very best person that I can be at all times
– out of respect and honor of HIM who saves sinners like me.
