Foreclosure Update – Lowest Priced Home in Hamilton Mill

This home has garnered lots of attention. This house has at least two offers currently working as of this post. The REO company has stood firm on price on thus far (not very bright in one man’s opinion). The house has some issues that must be addressed. But, at just over $200k, this one is a great buy.

Our Rating… …8.0 (on a scale of 10)

(our ratings are always based on current price vs. condition & features comparison)

The Good: It’s located on a quiet culdesac, has loads of potential & it’s the cheapest house in The Mill.

The Bad: Issues mentioned above. Needs new carpet, interior paint, new kitchen appliances and flooring and some past water issues need to be addressed.

The Ugly: Make sure you do ALL inspections on this one ( or anything like it)

We can show you how to make this a great deal.

Current Price: $204,750.00

Price Rating/Comment: “let’s make ‘em an offer but Buyer Beware on this one”

Note: This information was valid the day this post was written. We’ve always got the latest real estate data ready for you. For the latest, please send email to info@hamiltonmilldwellings.com or call us at 678.279.4700
