Hamilton Mill Yields $200,000 in Equity to 2 Diamond Dwellings Customers!

Jan 23rd 2008
hi

Sellers Making MoneyAs we predicted, 2008 is going to be the “Year of the Deal”. Yes, the market is down & pricing is definitely reduced. BUT, there are going to be lots of excellent buys out there — to say the very least.

Imagine if you could buy a great house — a house that fits all your desires — and then walk in with $100k in equity!

Those deals are really out there. We helped two different customers put that type of deal under contract this month.

Last year was the year to sit back and watch, but 2008 is the year to get moving and catch a fantastic deal.

Want to hear more?

Come to the Diamond Dwellings Real Estate “Town Hall” Meeting.

It’s being held at Hamilton Mill Golf Club next Monday night, Jan. 28th, 2008

Make this the year that you make a Fantastic Real Estate Deal!

How to Make $100,000 in 5 minutes Buying Hamilton Mill Real Estate!

Jan 22nd 2008
hi

Foreclosures, Auctions, REO & Short Sales are all going to be a big part of the market in 2008. This is true in Hamilton Mill, and everywhere in Atlanta ( and, of course nationally as well). Today, we saw the 1st home actually sold at auction in Glenaire/Hamilton Mill. It was a very exciting event. There were atleast 50 or 60 people in attendance. The winning bid was $347k. We’d estimate market value at or above $450k for sure. In a stronger market, it should grow beyond the $500k mark in just a few years.

The auction was also a very strong marketing ploy to get lots of attention for the house. We could have called this article “How to get 50 potential buyers (and 50 cars!) to your house in one day”. The whole thing was over in 5 minutes!

Most people thought “it must be a foreclosure”, but really it was just a creative way for the owner (a relocation company bought it from the previous owner) to sell it quickly and “get it off the books”. They also threw in another interesting twist to this “absolute auction” — the seller reserved the right to accept or reject any offer. SO. We won’t know for 7 to 10 days whether or not the offer has been accepted.

Hamilton Mill Tennis Extravaganza was a huge success!

Sep 7th 2007
hi

Hamilton Mill TennisHamilton Mill Tennis just held their 2nd annual Tennis Extravaganza. This special event raised funds for non-budgeted improvements to the tennis facility. We had 64 players, and over 100 total participants on October 20th. The tennis event was sponsored by Diamond Dwellings and Prince Tennis. Players were divided into 8 “countries” and many sported the colors for their country. Italy was the grand champion, defeating Austrailia in the finals. Food was provided by Antonetta’s, Asian Cafe, Chili’s, Dos Copas, and Log Cabin BBQ. Special thanks to Karen Foley (Simply Tastefully) for the delicious appetizers and munchies. Funds raised will be used for additional shade on court and at spectator areas, and for an online reservation system. The winning team also won a case of tennis balls from Diamond Dwellings!
