When was the last time you did something REALLY freakin’ Crazy FUN for a day? If you’re like me, you don’t do it nearly enough because life’s just too busy all the time. Well, today I busted out of the mold — just for a day.
I’m in Las Vegas for the National Assoc. of Realtors show (NAR).
I rented a bright yellow Corvette(my absolute favorite car in the world) for 5 hours and drove to Red Rock Canyon (about 20 miles from Vegas). It was one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life! And, it was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been in my life. What an amazing view! So, I had one of most fun days of my life — all in 5 hours — all for a few hundred bucks!
One of my favorite new country songs (yes, I love country) is called “Live Like You Were Dying”. The guy in the song finds out that he is dying — and that’s when he really starts living! He goes “sky divin’ & rocky mountain climbing”. He also rode a bull and some other crazy-fun stuff!
Just wanted to share my super-fun day with you and encourage you to Live Like You Were Dyin’ and don’t let life pass you by.
