Diamond Dwellings preferred lender is Signature Lending Group and we’re proud to announce that they are now offering FHA programs — including the 203(k) Streamline. This is a really cool program that makes sense for a LOT of buyers if any repairs are needed to the property they are purchasing. The 203(k) Streamline gives you the unique ability to add $35,000 of repairs or “needed improvements” to the loan amount (presuming that an appraisal of the property can cover the amount).
