If you live here at Hamilton Mill, you probably received an updated tax assessment in the mail this week for your property. I got mine in the mail and it had gone up considerably — about $50k! As a result, we’ve had a TON of phone calls this week from people asking for comps & info to help them fight the tax increases.
In response to all these requests, Diamond Dwellings will be posting ALL of the SOLD data for Hamilton Mill for 2007 & 2008 (ytd).
We are posting on our websites. We hope to have this available for download from this website (hamiltonmilldwellings.com) by Monday (the 28th). You can download all the data (or some portion of it) and start to make sense of your position.
In addition, Diamond Dwellings is hosting “Property Tax Open House” on Thursday, May 1st from 6pm to 9pm. We’ll be available at our Hamilton Mill office on May 1st to answer any questions you may have.
