This home has just gone back on the market and at a higher price than the previous listing? The current owners have an in-law suite in the basement which is a plus but only for able bodied persons going in and out of the basement. No real accessible exterior entry for the basement to speak of and a pretty steeply sloped yard.

The Good: Nice ranch layout with a perfectly flat front lawn & front entry. The In law suite is nice and the basement overall is well done.
Bad: It’s the first home on the left in Lake Forest on Vista Creek Drive. That’s a pretty busy location right at the heart of Hamilton Mill. Sloping rear yard is beautiful, but not really functional.
Ugly: Tough price for a stucco exterior on that lot in this market.
Current Price: $375,000.00
