This is one of our least favorite houses in Cambridge. It’s just kinda boring. On a street full of dream homes, it’s sort of a “blah”I guess you can tell, we’re not huge fans of this house — we’ve rated it a 5.5 (on a scale of 10)(our ratings are always based on current price vs. condition & features comparison)
The good:
Safe position on the 7th fairway (past all hope of the driver!), pretty nice floor plan / design
& it’s located toward the end of a cul-de-sac
The bad:
The cabinets and stonework are not up to par with current design even though the house is brand new!
This could be a tough one to sell.
The ugly:
This home is competing for a very limited buyer pool in the $800s. It’s going to take a very unique buyer for this one.
If I was buying in the $800’s, this would be very low on my list.
Current Price: $839,900.00
