What IF? you could sell your Hamilton Mill house for just $999!

hi

What IF RealtyDiamond Dwellings has officially launched a new, flat fee real estate listing service here, in Atlanta, called What IF? Realty. Based in Dacula, Ga. , directly adjacent to Hamilton Mill, this new service makes it possible for you to list and sell your home for just $999. AND, best of all, they have 3 ways that you can get your money back — so you would pay ZERO listing commission to sell your Hamilton Mill house (or any other house). To get all the details, just visit What IF? Realty.com

Fall Color show set to begin at Little Mulberry Park near Hamilton Mill

Oct 20th 2007
hi

Mulberry Park near Hamilton MillAbout this time every year, I start wondering when the leaves will look their best. When will the show begin! This picture was taken on October 29th in 2006. So, hopefully the big fall color show is just a week or two away! Little Mulberry Park is the largest park in the Gwinnett County Park System, and it is located directly adjacent to Hamilton Mill.
